A few words from Spanky!
The U of C Ski & Board Club is a student-run, non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the culture of skiing and snowboarding with students at the University of Calgary. As one of the oldest and best clubs on campus, our numbers have consistently hovered around 1000 members since the club was formed in 1962; when the University of Calgary was still operating as a branch of the University of Alberta. When the U of C was established as its own institution in 1966, the Calgary branch of the former U of A Ski Club renamed itself, becoming the U of C Ski & Board Club you know and love!
